Shipping times aren't the same as processing order time frame. Some items like bleached shirts can take up to 12-14 days to process before shipping especially if it's a shirt order we don't keep in stock. Turn around time is 14-21 business days on all products unless stated otherwise.

Turn Around Time Does Not include weekends, holidays or owners vacation days. Turn Around time for ready to ship items are 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise.

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Burnette&Co. is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.

Once your order is placed we do not cancel orders so please make sure you are 100% wanting your items before placing your order. If you need an item by a certain time, please email us at burnetteandco@gmail.com before placing your order to ensure we can create and deliver that item in the timeframe you need it.

If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate items, please send us an email to burnetteandco@gmail.com within 3 days upon arrival.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.

Returns & Exchanges

No exchanges or returns are accepted on t-shirts, tumblers, home décor, etc. from Burnette & Co. You have 7 days from the time you receive your shirt to contact us with a return shipping notification or drop off in the pickup totes. If you go passed the 7 days, we can no longer accept the returned items.
